Aegis Medical Corps

  • Current Leadership: Tammen Castle (Sole Proprietor The UMCS's primary Trauma Recovery Service, Aegis provides specialty security and extraction services for various VIPs and registered personnel throughout Mattok City, supplementing and often working alongside the government's own paramedic and ambulance services.

Aegis issues its services to any registered citizens of Mattok City as long as they remain within 10km of the city limits, and are not on territories they do not have authority (such as areas managed under Megacorporate Exterritorial Agreements). Aegis has authority to engage in active, lethal combat for the purposes of safeguarding the lives of themselves or their authorised persons for whom they have a duty of care - an authority that is often extended to heavily armed combat medics being the typical sight of anyone seeing Aegis in the field.
